I noticed the other day at work - my coworkers butter their toast. AND THEN they put peanut butter on top of the butter.
That's like two layers of butter. And that's just wrong, imo. Peanut butter is more than enough for me.

I absolutely agree!!! That just seems like too much.
When I was a kid, I did this. Now, my arteries are clogging just contemplating it.
I'm a peanut butter and honey kinda gal. No butter for me.
I still do that. Yum! Butter, peanut butter and then jelly. Makes it creamier and gives it an extra ZING! :)

Bob used to put butter, peanut butter and then more butter - was how he was brought up. I broke him of that one and now he doesn't use butter on anything unless I put it in while cooking. I'm good, but I'm not that good! He even eats corn on the cob without butter - that's just wrong - the corn is there as a passageway for the butter to enter my body!!

I actually hate the taste of butter, I can only eat it in small amounts on mashed potatoes or certain types of sandwiches. Nothing else.
My insides are shuddering just thinking about the taste of peanut butter, raspberry jam and butter all on one poor piece of toast. GAH!
Ewww, I only put butter on my toast, I've never had toast with anything else, not even jam. Sometimes over the butter, I put sugar/cinnamon, that is the bomb!
OMG, a co-worker and I were just having this conversation! She's one of those butter and peanut butter toast people, too. She puts butter on all her sandwiches...butter and mayo, butter and mustard. Bizarre, I tells ya!

Ok, that's just weird...but I'm telling you, the butter/pb thing is YUM! Don't knock it until you try it...
LOL... I just like butter on my toast... not a fan of peanut butter... or simply peanut :) It's interesting though to read how everyone eats :)
It's an ugh to me too - though I don't eat peanut butter so I'm not really a fair judge. My sister does this too though.
Glad I'm not in the minority here. LOL
I am guilty as well, I put butter and peanut butter on my toast occasionally :) Other times it is butter and jelly or butter and honey.
Nah, that doesn't bother me. You know what does?
